When I thought about all the potential health problems it could lead to, I became seriously terrified.

So, I started making small changes: cutting back on portion sizes, trying to stop snacking so much, and even attempting a few workouts.

But when the global situation hit, I found myself so stressed out that I turned to comfort food.

I knew it was the worst thing I could do, but somehow, I kept convincing myself it was okay. There were things I just couldn’t control, right? What else was I supposed to do?

Gyms were closed, and I didn’t feel comfortable working out in the park with everyone watching me...

Then, a friend told me about how she was seeing great results just by drinking a few cups of Costa Rican tea every day—but honestly, I didn’t believe her!

Then one day, I came across a story about a woman a bit older than me who had lost over 100 lbs with the same Costa Rican tea.
